Fh-Fh
I need a book for my book report that is due next week. I know what book I'm getting, I just need it. I can't get the book because my dad will flip out if he finds this out. and other reasons. I REALLY dont want to explain, so don't ask. The picture of the book is in the attachment, and If anyone has the book, can they please give me quotes of Admiral Yamamoto's planning skills (including page numbers). OR even better, the E-Book version of the book. Help is appreciated and anybody who provides information will recieve 6 reps. inb4piratebay inb4usehelpthreadorsomeothercrappythreadwherenoonegivesacrap inb4coolstorybro inb4anyvariationofcoolstorybro
Amethyst Phoenix
Not sure which pages, but here are some quotes: "A brilliant man would find a way not to fight a war.” “The mindless rejoicing at home is really appalling; it makes me fear that the first blow against Tokyo will make them wilt at once…I only wish that [the Americans] had also had, say, three carriers at Hawaii.” “A military man can scarcely pride himself on having 'smitten a sleeping enemy'; it is more a matter of shame, simply, for the one smitten.” “In the first six to twelve months of a war with the United States and Great Britain I will run wild and win victory upon victory. But then, if the war continues after that, I have no expectation of success.” “I fear all we have done is awakened a sleeping giant and filled him with a terrible resolve.” “You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind each blade of grass.” I hope that I helped.
