Learn how to use OCG on the second one. 6/10. 1st card is overpowered, there is already another card like it that makes you win the game in 20 turns.

How unoriginal. It's a cheap knockoff of another Spell Card's effect (Final Countdown).

And the picture is poor and does not relate much to the actual function of the effect.
