If your opponent controls 1 or more monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Summoned, no monsters on the field can be face-down. During the 2nd End Phase this card is Summoned, you can Tribute this card and pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Tsumemon - The Destruction Eye" from your Deck.
