This card can only be Summoned by the effect of "Vic Sage, Journalist." This card cannot be Summoned if you control "Vic Sage, Journalist." Once per turn, you can return this card to your hand to Special Summon 1 "Vic Sage, Journalist" from your hand. This card cannot be destroyed by a Level 4 or less Warrior-Type monster. Once per turn, you can choose one Face-Down monster your opponent controls, and flip it Face-Up. If the chosen monster has a Flip Effect, that effect is negated.
