The picture is okay I guess. Just not my cup of tea if you understand. Your OCG is somewhat okay. You seem to have a problem with Capital Letters though :P. The card's usefulness is kinda bad. Because your opponent gets a card from your Deck and a bunch of different crap happens depending on the card. It always hurts you until you ditch the card in some way. This is also why the card is not balanced.

 

Overall, a nice try. Just think about your effects a little better next time.[/align]
