[spoiler=Effect of Ice Mistress]When a face-up "Elemental Hero" monster is targeted by the effect of a card you can change the it to this card. Each time this card is targeted by a card effect, increase this cards ATK by 400 and inflict 400 points of damage to your opponents Life points.

 

[spoiler=Effect of sheer cold]"Elemental Hero Cold" + "Elemental Hero Ice Mistress"

Once per turn you can pay 800 apply 1 of the following effects: *All monsters cannot attack this turn. * No Spell or Trap cards can activate this turn. You can activate these effects during either players turn. When this card is destroyed all of these cards effect apply.

 

 

I am trying to give E-Heros more Power so if so seem to powerful like maybe E-Hero Sheer cold just tell me

Although the concept of E-Heroes have been done to death, the art and the card effects make them the gems among the usual stuff.

OCG fixes: This card cannot be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon. (so what's the point of the fusion material?) When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the combined ATK and DEF of the destroyed monster.

 

If this card is the first to inflict damage, increase the ATK of all face-up cards with "Elemental Hero" in their name by 400 untill the End Phase this effect was activated. When this card is destroyed, you can search your Deck for a card with "Elemental Hero" it's name and add it to your hand.

 

When this card is Summoned, increase it's ATK by 300 for each face-up monster with "Elemental Hero" in it's name untill the End Phase this card was Summoned. If this card is the first to inflict damage, Spell and Trap cards cannot be activated untill the end of your Battle Phase.

 

When this card inflicts damage, you can Tribute 1 face-up Spell or Trap card you control to destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on your opponent's field. This effect can only be activated twice every 2 turns.

 

When this card is Summoned, you can select 1 face-down card on this field, as long as this card remains face up on the field the selected card cannot be flipped face-up. If this card is destroy you can activate 1 of the following effects

- Both players cannot declare an attack untill the End Phase of the turn this effect was activated.

- Both players cannot activate Spell and Trap cards untill the End Phase of the turn this effect was activated.

Once per turn, you can pay 800 Life Points to activate 1 of the following effects:

- Both players cannot declare an attack untill the End Phase of the turn this effect was activated

When this card is destroyed both players cannot declare an attack and activate Spell and Trap cards untill the End Phase of the turn this card was destroyed

 

When a face-up card with "Elemental Hero" in it's name you control is targeted by a card effect you can change the target to this card. Each time this card is targeted by a card effect, increase the ATK of this card by 400 and inflict 400 damage to your opponent.

 

If anyone wishes to further those corrections then by all means go ahead.

 

Get rid of the text on some images and remove the frames from others, use a correct circulation or none at all, if you wish to give image credit just post a link. Every card needs a Set ID to make it more authentic.

The face of Ice Mistress looks male.

 

Sheer Cold is slightly OPed, but you did the best you could and that's alright for me. There is one more thing though,

The concept of E-Heroes have been done to death

The names could also use a spicing up, 6.5/10
