Your OCG is outright horrible in some places, but amazingly good in others. I would suggest using actual cards as reference points. On the same note, some pictures are horrible while others are ridiculously awesome. Try to keep all of your cards using the same picture theme.

As for Toon Ammy, go over to YuGiOh Wiki and look up toon monsters. They have the 3 types of effects a toon can have.

As for level in consideration to card power, almost all of your cards are underpowered. Even with they're effects, with the sole exception being Gi. Gi's effect is overpowered to the extreme. Every two turns your opponent loses all his Trap cards. That's ridiculous. I know Decks dedicated to destroying Trap cards that can't do that (and I'm not joking).

Your concept is good. Your implementation is a little poor. Out of curiosity, how long did it take you to make these? Assuming you already have the concept, it should take about 10-20 minutes to create a cards effect, ATK, DEF and Level.

Thnaks for the comments, ill update, it toom me about 109 mins for all of then concering are area had a fire alarm practise, and all electricity needed to be off.Ill start using cards as references, thanks for the feedback

Well elliot and roxxi, ino its you, I was on the phone to you when you made these, so 10 mins for eevrything.I must say, without my help with the effects, you did an 'alright' job for your first cards.
