Pokemon Purple and Orange Version

Game Name: Pokemon Mystic Purple & Citrus Orange

Series: Part One of [Pokemon, Shards Of The Orichalcos]

Software: RPGmaker XP

Language: Ruby

Designer: Ruby / PaRaDoX / "Anthony Soto"

 

I have decided to seperate my original game, S.O.T.O. into segments.

There will be exactly four segments, each focusing on the main regions

of the Pokemon World. There may be more regions, but if there is they

will be implemented on one of the four main games.

[Team Positions]

 

Interior Designers

  • Status: Open
  • Desire: High
  • Positions Open: 10
  • Skill Requirements: Efficient Pixel Artwork Skill
  • Resource Requirements: Microsoft Paint, Gimp, Photoshop, or Other
  • Description: The Team members in this group are in charge in designing special
    interior tiles such as tables, wallpapers, tiles, decorations, and other furniture.
    Although we are good with the basic tiles we already own, it would be nice to use a
    variety of furniture in this game.

 

Cartogrophers

  • Status: Open
  • Desire: Low
  • Positions Open: 2-4
  • Skill Requirements: Understanding in Flow and Depth of Maps
  • Resource Requirements: Scanner, to send in your Concept drawings.
  • Description: Users in this group won't actually be creating maps, but designing
    the natural layout of each map. What you will do is design how the map will look in
    terms of positioning and flow. Members should free hand draw these concepts
    and send them in to the Mapping Crew.

 

Tile Artist

  • Status: Open
  • Desire: Average
  • Positions Open: 4-8
  • Skill Requirements: Ability to create Tiles through Pixel Art
  • Resource Requirements: Paint, Gimp, Photoshop, or Other
  • Description: Users of this group will be in charge of creating tiles for the game
    such as Trees, Buildings and other related objects. Considering this is a tough
    task to do, don't expect to get in unless you have a proficient skill at Spriting.

 

Overworld Spriter

  • Status: Open
  • Desire: High
  • Positions Open: 5-10
  • Skill Requirements: Ability to remodel chaos sprites.
  • Resource Requirements: Paint, Gimp, Photoshop, or Other
  • Description: I do want to be able to add change clothing on the main characters
    and even the trainers you encounter during your journeys, so I will be looking for
    Overworld Spriters to be able to sprite new clothes and accessories.

 

Pokemon Variant Designers

  • Status: Open
  • Desire: High
  • Positions Open: 10
  • Skill Requirements: God-Like skill in Spriting
  • Resource Requirements: Paint, Gimp, Photoshop, Other
  • Description: One feature I would like to incorporate into this game, is having
    different shiny versions of pokemon and different forms of pokemon. The different
    forms will vary on which location a player may happen to be. Since this is a necessity
    I am in great need of these members.

 

Researcher

  • Status: Open
  • Desire: Average
  • Positions Open: Unlimited
  • Skill Requirements: Understanding of everything Pokemon, including the anime and games.
  • Resource Requirements: Self Explanitory
  • Description: Basically, these members must be experts of anything Pokemon
    related. You will be advisors in developing the game in many aspects.

Pikachu is right, the link for the Pallet Town map says "Route 1" and the link for the Route 1 map says "Pallet Town"

I was 3 seconds away from PMing it to you, but ok. I'll be working on some new movesets to add, just PM me what the mascot* of this game is and I can base the moves around that.

 

*Platinum is Giratina, D/P are Dialga/Palkia, etc.
