Alien Hero - Gamma Ray

When this card is returned to your hand from the field, destroy 1 card on the field. Then, you can Special Summon 1 “Alien Hero” monster from your hand or Deck (except “Alien Hero - Gamma Ray”) and increase your Life Points by 800.

 

Alien Hero - Searing Sunlight

When this card is returned to your hand from the field, inflict 800 damage to the opponent. Then, you can Tribute 1 “Alien Hero” monster you control to draw 2 cards.

“Alien Hero - Gamma Ray” + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

The monsters used for the Synchro Summon of this card are not sent to the Graveyard, but are returned to your hand instead. You can destroy this card and all cards on your opponent's side of the field. If you do, you cannot declare an attack this turn. When this card is destroyed by battle, Special Summon 1 “Alien Hero” monster from your hand.

When your opponent declares an attack, you can Special Summon this card from your hand to negate the attack. When this card is returned to your hand from the field, Special Summon 1 “Alien Hero” monster from your Graveyard.

Return 1 “Alien Hero” monster you control to your hand. Special Summon 1 “Alien Hero” monster with the same Level +/- 1 from your hand or Graveyard. During your next End Phase after this card was activated, add it to your hand.

This card cannot be Summoned except by “Genetic Exchange” or by it's own effect. You can return this card to your hand to destroy 2 cards on the field. If you do, you cannot declare an attack this turn. During the End Phase of a turn you used this effect, Special Summon this card from your hand.

Activate only when an “Alien Hero” you control is attacked. Negate the attack and return all “Alien Hero” monsters you control to your hand. Then, Special Summon 1 “Alien Hero” monster from your Deck.

If you control a face-up “Alien Base - Fortress”, you can return 1 “Alien Hero” monster you control to your hand to add this card in your Deck to your hand. When a card is returned to your hand, Special Summon 1 “Generic Cell Token” (LIGHT/Aqua/2/500/500) to your side of the field. “Generic Cell Tokens” cannot be destroyed by battle. You can remove 1 “Generic Cell Token” from the game to negate the Summon of a monster and remove that monster from play.

When this card is returned to your hand, Special Summon 1 “Alien Hero” monster from your hand.

You can only activate this card while there are 20 or more cards in your Graveyard. Place this card at the bottom of your Graveyard. While this card is in the Graveyard, if a monster you control is returned to your hand, remove from play the top card in your Graveyard. If this card is at the top of your Graveyard, you win the Duel.

The monsters used for the Synchro Summon of this card are not sent to the Graveyard, but are returned to the hand instead. While this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards during your turn. Increase this card's ATK by 300 points for each face-down card on the field. When this card destroys a face-down monster by battle, inflict 800 damage to your opponent.

Beguiler's End of Return

Trap Card

Special Summon 1 "Beguiler" monster from your Graveyard. The Summoned monster's effect is negated, and it is destroyed during the End Phase. While this card is in your Graveyard, monsters with 1500 ATK or more cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. If this card is added to your hand by a "Beguiler" monster, you can activate it.

Beguiler's Final Judgment

Activate only when your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card. Negate the activation of the card and send it to the Graveyard. Then, activate 1 of the following effects, depending on which card was negated:

You can Special Summon this card from your hand by removing from play 2 "King of Death" monsters in your Graveyard. When this card destroys a monster by battle, add 1 “Beguiler” monster in your Graveyard to your hand, and send cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard equal to the added monster's Level. When this card is destroyed, destroy all cards on the field and inflict 500 damage x the number of cards destroyed by this effect.

Yeah, improvements are usually better. :) Jokes aside, the Flip Mechanic was really what brought down the Alien Heroes. (The fact that Synchro > Fusion improved them a bit, but yeah.)

Updated with a complete remake of the Beguiler archetype.

 

I absolutely <3 these cards!! You have impressed me once again ^_^

 

My favorite has to be Planar Existence. Great name' date=' great effect, great all-around.
