[spoiler=Plot (Written by Supreme Gamemaster]The Smash Alliance had been undisturbed since Tabuu's attack, but the peace was not to last. The great kingdoms of Dreamland, Calatia, and Mushroom have simultaneously declared war on the head nation of Archanea. After the king was killed in an onslaught upon the capital, the Archanean prince, Anri, called upon a group of elite knights and ninja to gather in the impregnable capitol fortress of Physr Chalderom, in the Taltal Mountains. Noting their presence is Link, a quiet but valorous lad who seeks to distance himself from his peers. Stowing away with one group of warriors en route to the perilous Death Mountain, he realizes that he must join Anri's defenders if Archanea is to survive. Unfortunately for Link, the ancient enemy of the ninja, Ganondorf, has returned to seek vengeance for a false execution, and he cares nothing for the politics of the world.
