It's been a year since the Gem Territories have fought. The Elder Dragons have settled the war. But evil is rising, and the dragons are no longer at peace. SOMEONE is corrupting them. Join a territory, and choose your fate: Corrupter or Defender![/spoiler]

"Wow. The sun is bright," I thought to myself. "It never gets this bright in the Diamond Territory. Being so upnorth, It's normally snowy and cold. I wonder what's up? It's raining but... too lightly. Whatever, guess I might as well enjoy it."
"Tesaku. Tesa- woah!" a voice hollered, but stopped abruptly."That must be Kedreth. What a klutz. What'd he do now? I don't have time." I walked to the windowsill, and peered around the corner. Of course, Kedreth had to trip over my dog. He was sprawled in the grass, forced to stay down by my retreiver. Buddy was on all fours, licking Kedreth from head to toe.
"Come here, Buddy. Give the poor guy a chance to get up!" At my command, the dog hopped of and waddled his tail to the window. He got up on his front paws to lick my hand from the windowsill.. "Tesaku! Would you beleive the weather? My mom is actually wearing sunglasses!" He hooted. "Y'know," he started. "Scientists say that the weather changes to the Diamond Dragon's feelings. He probably finally stopped resting from the last war." "I don't blame him. That was a long one!" I commented. "Hey... wanna go outside and fight? Stephanie says she wants to do something while the sun is out." Kedreth said. "Okay," I agreed, "But are you going to fight? I mean, you don't even have an element!" I pointed out. "I could watch. I'm always up for a good show!" And he was right. Stephanie and I put up great fights. Though she tended to win in the end. Plus, the rain would give her an advantage. But what the hay, I was ready. And who knows? I might lead victorious today.
Her feminine voice rang out like a bell. "C'mon guys. We don't have all day. Well, actually, we do." Stephanie decided. "I'm sure none of us planned anything special, right?" I was going to ask her to fight anyway. "Nope," Kedreth and I agreed.

"Kay. ready, you guys?" Kedreth asked. We both silently nodded. Our eyes were locked. Not even for a second did I blink.
Her sycthe was out and ready. My spellbook in hand, I flipped the pages with the wind, landing on the page I wanted. "Go!" He hollered. I was running up the tree in no time. With the wind to my back, it was a breeze. Literally. Stephanie reached back somewhere in the Saphire territory, and by the time her her arm stopped, there was emmense power behind that sycthe. She slung it at me with paralyzing speed. behind it was a string of water, holding the sycthe. What a clever trick!
I felt it scrape my ankle. It swept back around as she pulled the water line. She caught it, and chucked it in a spinning angle yet again. I jumped, reached down, and felt for the handle. I got it! She pulled back before she noticed my grip, and felt the result. As it swung back to her, I kicked her in the face, a punishing blow indeed. Of course, we had just started. I had no clue the rain stopped. That explained the weakness of her water string. The thread disapeared. and I was trapped. Trapped in a... bubble? I kicked at it, trying to fight my way out. I then used air to inflate it like a balloon. That only caused me to float upward. "Ready?" she questioned in a mildly sarcastic tone. Just as sarcasticly, I replied "For?" Before she answered. She flung her sycthe toward the bubble. The orb popped, and the sound penetrated my ears, catching me off gaurd. The blade of the shiny sycthe slit my shoulder, then swung around for another hit. I ducked, but that didn't work out too well.

"Agh!" I cried out. "No! Tesaku!" Stephanie hollered.

"Hmm.. this one has quite the will, and a powerful skill for magic, as well." The fiend noted. He sat in his large lavish throne. Shirokami was staring into a crystal ball, pondering the battle. "Indeed, master." Those words were spoken by a half-demon,
Umeko. They were in the underworld lair.

"Ugh. What happened?" I asked.
"Well, you uh, seem to have broke your arm. You won't be fighting for some while." The doctor answered.
"WHAT? B-but.... how in the world did I break my arm?"
"Well.." The doctor started. "You fell out of the tree when the sycthe hit you."
"So? That doesn't effect my fighting whatsoever!" I screamed.
"Actually," Kedreth butted in. "You do plenty with your arm. It'd be very difficult for you to-" but stopped there due to a painful jab in the side from Stephanie. "Shh!" she commanded.
"Whatever. Let's go guys." I said. We just walked out like it was unimportant. "But.." The doctor said.
"Peace!" Kedreth shouted, and we were off. We had continued home. Not one of us spoke a word, for all of us knew that we had taken a loss. The rest of my fighting.

I woke up, and like before, the sun was shining. I remembered what Kedreth had said about the weather: It changed to the Diamond dragon's emotions. Apparently, it had woken up. Like any other morning, I sat in my room, reading through "SudoTake Chronicles." It was some old book my grandfather had given me, full of witchcraft and other stuff like that. I tended to read the same pages, over and over. It had taught me amazing things, like how to control the movement of the wind. But most of the pages were torn out. The parchment-quality paper in the book had yellowed. It had delicate edges, with intricate pattern around the corners. The font was elegant, but readable. Spells like "Increalirate" filled the pages, edge to edge, most of wich were in a different language. I mostly read the biography of the 6 Territorial Dragons, each having their own chapter. I never quite understood who the creator of the book was, or why it had dark curse symbols on the back. The back cover seemed to [i]burn[/i] when I touched it. What was up with this book?

"The boy is seeming to pay close attention to the book. I want it gone. He will learn too much, and will become too powerful like his grandfather. Destroy that book!" He commanded. "Yes, my master.."[/spoiler][/spoiler] [/spoiler]

Here's Shirokami (leader of the corrupters)

Name: Shirokami

Bio: Kyoshi was just a young teen in the ruby territory. He was exploring the Ruby Dragon's Fortress, an found an old book in the celler. When he opened it... Shirokami, the ancient Amethyst Dragon Spirit, was set free. But without his body, he had to posses Kyoshi. Now, Shirokami is trying to obstruct or "corrupt" the other Dragons. To each Dragon, there is it's jewel within it's territory. Find the jewel, corrupt the dragon. Simple. That's why we need to get the jewels before they do.

By the way, When the Amethyst dragon was bonded to the book, Ruby territory took over amethyst. Without their dragon, they could hardly fight back.
