The winner will be declared at 10 votes. [spoiler=Zillaz9]Effect:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of this card and "Assault Mode Activate". When this card is Special Summoned, you can destroy all cards on the field except this card. You can remove from play 1 Plant-Type monster from your Graveyard to change 1 monster your opponent controls to face-up Attack Position, and reduce its ATK to 0 until the End Phase. When this card on the field is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Black Rose Dragon" from your Graveyard.
