Project - Chronicle |Looking for Workers|

Most everyone on YCM has heard of or read Frunk's "A Chronicle of YCM". It was started by the oldest Super Mod on Yu-Gi-Oh Card Maker, Frunk.

Again, most everyone knows that the Chronicle was never finished, as Frunk left shortly after beginning the records.

The purpose of Project Chronicle is to remedy that.

Project Chronicle is a YCM activity created to supplement the Chronicle created by Frunk so long ago. We will create detailed records of all occurences beyond the beginning of YCM, starting with where the original Chronicle left off.

The Project Chronicle records will include:

-Detailed summaries of occurences.

-Interviews with members of that time.

-Star member biographies

-Links to important posts and threads.

-Opinion articles on the state of affairs from prominent YCMembers.

There will be multiple "Teams", each reporting on a different period in YCM's history.

Each team will be lead by a leader, who will organize that team's activities through PM or this thread, and will create the thread where the group will create their Chronicle.

If you would like to apply for a Job, simply fill out the form below.

Down the hallway was dim as it was ever was with the sounds of soft footsteps coming down. With the sound continued as Nena came down the long corridor as she saw Johann and Michael. As she saw in surprise with her eyes wide open, she ran down and hugged both of them. “What your both still alive, but how?” Nena said with joy. Johann placed his hand on Nena’s back as he smiled with a smile that could last for a long time. “Well I escaped by using Turbulent Pack” Johann answered to Nena.

Nena opened her eyes as she let go of Johann and Michael as she kept one hand against the wall. She sees Setsuna walking down with his eyes with a deep, serious stare that were like daggers at Nena. Setsuna walked pasted Nena and the rest as he said, “Can we keep what is at hand?” He didn’t stop walking as he got to the end of the hallway as the door slide open with a bright like coming from it. With the head of Setsuna turned toward the group. “We have a mission come along.” Setsuna entered the room with Sumeragi sitting down at the captain’s seat.”

How long you have been on YCM: About 9 months

Example of Writing skills:[spoiler=Ex.]There has recently been a ton of new and interesting polls. Many polls with the topic "Which member..." are being made. Some include, "Which member would you go on a date with?", and "Which member would you go to school with?" These polls are popular gaining over 30 replies! Food polls are becoming more popular as well. "Favorite Pizza Place," and "McDonald's or Burger King," are examples of polls being created.

Recent "Popular Polls" include "Do you fear death?", and "So I just smoked a ginseng cigarette," "Coke vs. Pepsi," "What was your worst grade ever?" and "If World War III came around...." Also "The Daily Poll Thread" seems to be attracting a lot of members with it's questions. And the epic lulz polls seems to have faded, we haven't seen one in a while...

I think, and yes I can have an opinion, magazines are supposed to be biased that the most interesting poll this month would be Father Wolf's "So I just smoked a ginseng cigarette." Not a very good example for the kids out there, but I think the people in YCM, like polls with some interesting, or humorous topics.

That's it for now, I expect to see many some more interesting polls in the near future.

"The news is on," as a child said. "It's showing something faded. What is that?" The child became frightened as he didn't know what was on. A mother stopped washing the dishes, and walked toward her frightened child. "Shh...it's okay." Suddenly, a hand popped out of the TV. A voice came out of nowhere. "The souls of thousands shall disappear." Both started to run, but the doors were locked. "It is the Age of Darkness. You will die with thousands of others."

"Today, thousands of people have been killed. Our experts do not know what happened. We suspect that their organ systems have suddenly stopped. More information will be told after these messages."

How long you have been on YCM: Dunno, 9 months maybe?

Example of Writing skills:

This new key was larger then the last. It was silver this time. Laring walked over to is bookshelf. He removed 3 books. Behind them was a blank wall. That didn’t sop Laring. He looked at the shelf itself. A keyhole, he thought. He slipped the sliver key into the hole. A perfect fit. He twisted this one till he heard a click. Not from the shelf, from across the room. He walked over to where he knew the click had come from. A small handle had popped out of the wall. He lifted it to unveil another panel. This time it showed what appeared to be a French keyboard. He typed in a password. The keyboard popped out on a hinge. Behind was a bronze key. He pocketed this. He then returned and replaced all the keys and security measure. This small golden key was what he needed. It was his second most prized position. His most prized position was what the key would unlock. He walked out of the room, careful to lock the door behind him.

Both accepted.

Can you say exactly when those Ages started and ended? It makes organization easier.
