My goal is to reach 100 cards about Paper Mario (the first one and second one). I already made more than I think 50 cards, but they will be coming here soon!

[spoiler=Card Lore]Goombella's Effect-When this card is Summoned (excluding Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card for every face-up "Paper" monster on the field (max. 10). Each time 1 "Paper" monster is Summoned on the field (including Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, remove 5 Flower Counters from this card to select and activate 1 of the following:

*Destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on your opponent's side of the field (regardless of position). In addition, your opponent must send cards of the same name to the graveyard from his/her hand and deck. Your opponent's deck is then shuffled.

*Negate the effect of a face-up Effect Monster on your opponent's side of the field for the rest of the Duel. In addition, the effects of monsters of the same name on your opponent's side of the field, hand, deck and graveyard are also negated for the rest of the Duel.

*Flip a face-down monster on your opponent's side of the field face-up. If the flipped card has an effect, negate it for the rest of the Duel. In addition, the effects of monsters of the same name on your opponent's side of the field, hand, deck and graveyard are also negated for the rest of the Duel.

 

Koop's Effect-When this card is Summoned (excluding Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card for every face-up "Paper" monster on the field (max. 10). Each time 1 "Paper" monster is Summoned on the field (including Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card. Once per turn, during either player's Battle Phase, remove up to 9 Flower Counters from this card. Increase the ATK of this card for every 3 Flower Counters removed x 500 points until the end of the Battle Phase of the turn this card's effect was activated.

[spoiler=Card Lore]Madame Flurrie's Effect-When this card is Summoned (excluding Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card for every face-up "Paper" monster on the field (max. 10). Each time 1 "Paper" monster is Summoned on the field (including Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, remove the following number of Flower Counters from this card to activate 1 of the following:

1-Select 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card on your opponent's side of the field. Look at the selected card. The selected card is not activated and is returned to its face-down position.

3-Flip 1 face-down monster on the field face-up. Any Flip Effects are immediately activated.

5-Select 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field. The selected monster cannot declare an attack during your opponent's Battle Phase.

 

Yoshi Kid's Effect-When this card is Summoned (excluding Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card for every face-up "Paper" monster on the field (max. 10). Each time 1 "Paper" monster is Summoned on the field (including Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, remove any number of Flower Counters from this card. Decrease the ATK of 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field by 200 points x the number of Flower Counters removed. This card can attack twice in the same Battle Phase. Control of this card cannot be switched. Increase the ATK of this card by 300 points for every face-up "Paper Mario" and "Yoshi" monster on the field.

[spoiler=Card Lore]Vivian's Effect-This card's attribute is also treated as FIRE. When this card is Summoned (excluding Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card for every face-up "Paper" monster on the field (max. 10). Each time 1 "Paper" monster is Summoned on the field (including Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, you can remove 1 Flower Counter from this card to inflict 100 points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points during each of his/her End Phases as long as this card remains face-up on the field (this effect can only be activated once). Once per turn, during your Main Phase, remove any number of Flower Counters from this card. Place 1 Fire Counter on 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field (max. 1) with an ATK of 700 or less x the number of Flower Counters removed. When this card is removed from the field, destroy all monsters on the field that you placed 1 Fire Counter on with this 1 card's effect.

 

Admiral Bobbery's Effect-When this card is Summoned (excluding Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card for every face-up "Paper" monster on the field (max. 10). Each time 1 "Paper" monster is Summoned on the field (including Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card. Remove 2 Flower Counters from this card each time this card attacks at the end of the Damage Step. When this card attacks with an ATK that is higher than the DEF of your opponent's Defense Position monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points. During your Main Phase, you can Tribute this card with 5 Flower Counters on it. Select up to 3 empty Monster Card or Spell and Trap Card Zones on your opponent's side of the field. During your next End Phase, if there are cards on the selected Card Zones, destroy those cards.

This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand or deck by Tributing "Lovely Howz of Badges Manager" equipped with "Lady Thief's Mask". When this card is Special Summoned, put 1 Flower Counter on this card for every face-up "Paper" monster on the field (max. 10) and add 1 Equip Spell Card from your deck or graveyard to your hand. Each time 1 "Paper" monster is Summoned (including Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card. Once per turn, during your End Phase, remove 5 Flower Counters from this card. Select 1 Equip Spell Card in your graveyard, your opponent's graveyard or your deck. Add the selected card to your hand.

If this 1 card was removed from play by this 1 card's effect, you may Special Summon this 1 card on your side of the field in Attack Position during your next Standyby Phase. During your opponent's Battle Phase, remove any number of Flower Counters from this card. Remove from play this card and 1 face-up monster on your side of the field with an ATK of 700 or less x the number of Flower Counters removed. If this 1 card and the monster on your side of the field was removed from play during your opponent's Battle Phase by this 1 card's effect, you may Special Summon this 1 card and the monster removed from play on your side of the field in Attack Position during your Standby Phase.

Any Flip Effects the monsters may have are immediately activated. Each time 1 "Paper" monster is Summoned on the field (including Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can remove the following numbers of Flower Counters from this card to activate 1 of the following:

Any number-Switch to Defense Position 1 face-up Attack Position monster on the field with an ATK of 700 or less x the number of Flower Counters removed.

Up to 3-Increase the ATK of 1 face-up monster on the field for each Flower Counter removed x 100 points until your next Standby Phase.

If this card selects your opponent's Defense Position monster as an attack target, decrease the DEF of the opposing monster to 0 during the Damage Step only. 5-Special Summon 1 "Yosh'ster Token" (Dinosaur-type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) on your side of the field in Defense Position. Lakilester's Effect-When this card is Summoned (excluding Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card for every face-up "Paper" monster on the field (max. 10). Each time 1 "Paper" monster is Summoned on the field (including Special Summon), put 1 Flower Counter on this card. Remove the following numbers of Flower Counters from this card to activate 1 of the following:

Any number-Place 1 Hurricane Counter on 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field (max. 1) with an ATK of 700 or less x the number of Flower Counters removed. When this card is removed from the field, return all monsters on the field that you placed 1 Hurricane Counter on with this 1 card's effect to their respective decks. You and your opponent shuffle your decks afterwards.

Up to 3-Select 1 monster on your side of the field. When your opponent selects the selected monster as an attack target, during his/her turn, toss a coin. The number of times you toss a coin is equal to the number of Flower Counters removed from this card. If the results are more Heads than Tails, negate the attack. If the results are more Tails than Heads, the Damage Step is conducted normally. (If the results are a tie, negate the attack)

Each time you or your opponent activates 1 Spell Card, put 1 Spell Counter on this card (max. 3). If you control a face-up "Paper Shadow Siren Beldam" while you control this face-up card, double the maximum capacity of Spell Counters of these cards. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, remove the following numbers of Spell Counters from this card to activate 1 of the following:

Any Number-Increase the ATK of this card for every Spell Counter removed x 100 points until the end of this turn.

Any Number-Destroy all face-up monsters on your opponent's side of the field with an ATK of 700 or less x the number of Spell Counters removed.

3-Destroy a face-down Spell or Trap Card on your opponent's side of field. If the destroyed card was a Spell Card, increase the ATK of this card by 300 points until your next Standby Phase. If you activate this card's effect, toss a coin until you get Tails. Decrease the ATK of the opposing monster by an amount equal to the number of Heads you got x 100 points, and put HP Counters on this card equal to the number of Heads you got. The Damage Step is then conducted normally.

I think your the first ever to create a Paper Mario thread that includes the first gang! The Flower Counter is what sells yours. A bit complex for me, but I've figured it out. Good use of source mechanics. I like how you use the partner mosaics from the original Paper Mario for the first partner set. I've been using them for ability support by "oilify"-ing them, one of those GIMP things. When this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or flipped face-up, destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field. Increase the ATK of this card by 500 points for every card destroyed by this card's effect until the end of this turn. This card cannot attack your opponent's Life Points directly.
