Established in 1991 by ex student Blair Flannigan(Rei Saotome). Look, it's just where the girls can get away from the guys...unless you just happen to be VIP.(he brings out a key card)

Seijin:too late!(he opens the door) hi girls! it's been a while!

Girls: Sei-kun!

Seijin: well, girls! I want you to meet my good friend Pete!

Girls: Hi pete!

Seijin:make him feel welcome.

Seijin: well, go say hello to someone!look, if you're nervous we can go with the girls from the Library section....they're nice.

AJ: i'm actually looking for Crystal becuase my duel is later today, no i'm not VIP and you're going to get kicked out if Mrs. Fontaine finds out you're in here

Seijin:you'll be fine! She has a soft spot for Slifer's so I'll be fine too. just go ahead and talk to one girl..it's all I ask.nothing ventured, nothing gained..
