PLEASE RATE: Noki's Effect:1 tuner monster + 1 non-tuner monsterWhen this card is Synchro summoned useing the Tuner monster "Laufey - Herald of the Night Diety", this monster gets the following effect: At the cost of 1000 Life Points, your opponent selects a monster from their hand or graveyard whose level is equal to, or less than this monster.
