XD anywho, lets get to the card. this is just something i came up with on the spot after seeing the image, so if it isnt that good or it is flawed in another way, please tell me so. Core Adjudicator Once per turn, you can increase this card's Level by 1 for each Spell and Trap Card your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can reduce the level of this card by 1 to add 1 Level 3 or lower Machine-Type or Warrior-Type monster in your Graveyard to your hand. Combining with the first effect, you get around 4 or 5 The Warrior/Machine Returning Alive uses in a single turn. Add those restrictions, or this will be way too good. 3/10 otherwise. The ludicrous synergy you get from the multiple uses can do way too much. The second effect is also a nice touch to the card. Its balanced, no OCG errors, and the pic is top notch.
