[spoiler= lore] 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner-Machine-Type monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field. [spoiler=Effect]1 Zombie-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

This card is also treated as Zombie-Type monster. This card cannot be targeted by Spell Cards. During your Standby Phase, you and your opponent must discard 1 card to the Graveyard. If this card attacks and destroys a monster, decrease the ATK of this card by 100. During your End Phase, you can discard 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard and Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard to your side of the Field. For each Zombie-Type monster Summoned this way, increase this card's ATK by 100.

DeViL's card:

Balance: Overpowered. I can carry a buttload of Traps in my Deck to turn this card into a powerful beatstick. - 6/10

Originality: 1st effect is "Heavy Storm" with a LP cost; 2nd effect is "Mystical Space Typhoon" with the destruction of 1 of your traps (though this effect could be more useful, since MST is limited). - 6.5/10

OCG: Tuner Machine-Type monsters (You had a hyphen in between Tuner & Machine); increase is old, but it's still usable. - 9.5/10

Pic: It fits. - 5/5

Other: You have no set ID. - 3/5

Total: 30/40

Sigma's card:

Balance: IMO, the invulnerability to Spells makes it a little overpowered; the Zombie-Summoning effect kinda does as well, but that's the theme of zombies--but still... - 8/10

Originality: A couple of those effects look familiar, but, it's more original than Devil's card. - 8/10

OCG:

targeted by the effects of Spell Cards

you and your opponent = both players

If this card attacks and destroys a monster by battle

side of the field & increase are old, but still usable

^7.5/10

Pic: Overused. - 3.5/5

Other: No set ID. - 3/5

Total: 30/40

You both tied, congratulations.

I have to say card 2.

Card one's effect is exactly what DeMeNTeD just said and is completely redundant in the fact your opponent can't use spells or traps while you power up the crd.

Card 2 however has drawbacks which balance out its powerful effect.

I also do not think the picture for card 1 fits, while card 2's does quite well.

well Iwill vote for frozen card b/c it will be more useful in a duel than his opponent card. frozen card has a variety of effects that works well in that type deck where as his opponent card is just destorying him and his opponent card so that means no one will have trap or spell cards on the feild, and not much people will have alot of face-up spell or trap card on the feild. And in a dule if some one sees that card on the feild they will either make you pay your life points or dont even set any trap or spell cards, then that card effect becomes useless. So that is why I vote for frozen sub-zero.

Im voting for the second card aas well, because the first card is extremely overpowered,it can reach 4000 with ease and destroy every spell/trap card he sets without a big cost.

But the 1st card seems more balanced,as it loses ATK points but enables you to summon a Zombie monster each turn. It's slighty overpowered because it's unaffected by spell/trap cards but still gets my vote.
