Correct OCG:

Pay 1000 Life Points. Special Summon 3 of your monsters that were removed from play that have 2000 ATK points or less to your side of the field in face up attack posistion. When this card is destroyed the monsters brought back by this cards effect are removed from play.

 

you have some serious OCG problems, but i'll be nice since this is your first card

for a first card that would be 7/10 but if you fixed it like this = Pay 1000 Life Points. Special Summon 3 of your monsters that were removed from play that have 2000 ATK points or less to your side of the field in face up attack posistion. When this card is destroyed the monsters brought back by this cards effect are removed from play. then it would be 9.5/10
