When this card is activated select 1 monster on the field. The select monster's name is treated as "Innocence - The Slave" and switches the Battle Position to Defense Position. If your opponent selects a monster you control as an attack target you can switch the attack to the selected monster. If the selected monster is destroyed by battle, remove this card from play and Special Summon 1 "Innocence" monster from your Deck with a Level equal to the Level of the selected monster.

If you control 1 "Innocence" monster you can discard 1 card from your hand to Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, if this card destroys a monster by battle, put 3 Innocence Counters on this card (max. 4). If a monster you control is an attack target, you can remove 2 Innocence Counters from this card to negate the attack.

Wouldn't you be putting 1 counter on this card (The Innocence of Life) for each card on the field, not "any number" of counters? If there's a specification on number, it's not any amount. Still, it's better. There's a whole lot of potential for abuse. Turning your hand into field removal is cool stuff, and she's not so deadly that a field wipe wouldn't give your opponent recovery time. Still, I think the effect could be toned down a LITTLE. Just so that discarding a card frmo your hand gave her an Innocence Counter for each face-up "Innocence" monster you control, though it seems like the words ["Innocence" monster] were suddenly removed from the card. "...to put any number of Innocence Counters on this card for each...on the field." Lol what?

I'll just be cool and assume you get a Counter for each Innocence monster you control.

The Despair Innocence is pretty mean. She can negate an effect when she comes out of the Graveyard (assuming she gains those Innocence Counters for each Spell/Trap when she's Summoned; that's not specified). Then she can transfer some counters over to her innocent friends for 500 Life Points when her low stats are abused. Another removal for The Innocence of Life? Or....

The Joy Innocence is funny. You need some clauses about timing on these effects. Specifically:

- When does she gain the Innocence Counters for each Innocence monster in your Graveyard? When she's summoned? Does she always hold a number of counters that reflects the number of Innocences in your Graveyard?

- Do you remove a card on the field when there's enough of your opponent's cards that the ATK is brought back down to 0, or do you get to do it once per turn if her ATK is at 0? "Becoming" 0 sounds kind of weird, especially since it can be done repetetively.

It's still a nice turn for these cards. The combination with The Despair Innocence is nifty, too.

The Spell Card is okay, and a useful turn for this little mini-Theme. It's not bad.

Good stuff. These were really bad at first, as I'm sure I mentioned once before. =P

They got a lot better, for sure.
