BludMonkey wanted a re-match, so here it is.
Rules for Voters]

-No simple votes. Ex: Person 1 > Person 2; Person 1 wins. Sorry person 2.

-No biased votes. Ex: Person 1 because I don't want person 2 to win.

-Too many votes in the poll without posting in the thread will result in me only counting legit votes posted in the thread.

Ends Sunday or whoever gets 10 votes in the poll first (or legit, posted votes if the last rule isn't followed).

Winner: 3 +reps

Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your Graveyard by tributing 3 monsters you control whose total Level Stars are equal to this card. When this card is Special Summoned, pay 1000 Life Points. For every monster your opponent controls, place 1 Tormentor Counter on this card. By removing 3 Tormentor Tokens from this card, destroy 1 monster your opponent controls and inflict 200 damage to your opponent for every Tormentor Counter removed from this card. When this card is destroyed by battle, Special Summon 1 "Tormented Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK: ?/DEF: ?) for every Tormentor Token on this card. The "Tormented Tokens" Special Summoned by this effect gain 1000 ATK and DEF for every Tormentor Token on this card. If a "Tormented Token" is destroyed by a card effect, pay 1000 Life Points.

Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from the Graveyard if there are 3 or more Zombie-Type monsters in your Graveyard (except this card) that were destroyed by battle. This card is also treated as a Dinosaur-Type monster as long as it remains face-up on the field. This card cannot be returned to your hand or Deck. Each time a Zombie-Type monster you control (except this card) is destroyed by battle, you can treat it as an Equip Spell Card and equip it to this card. This card gains 200 ATK for each Zombie-Type monster equipped to it. If this card is targeted by a card effect controlled by your opponent, you can unequip 1 Zombie-Type monster from this card and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. Your opponent must change the target to the Zombie-Type monster Special Summoned by this card's effect. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you cannot Special Summon this card until your 3rd Standby Phase after this turn.

I personally don't like either cards, they are some of the most complicated cards I seen both of you make. The first card has several OCG errors. Also I don't see me using the first one. Well the second one has more use against a zombie deck. I vote card 2 >_>

Card 2 images were awesome! Too bad Card 1 pic is overused (isn't it? I think so).

About OCG, the first card have an OCG error at the end ( correction : you take 1000 damage or ; you must pay 1000 Life Points)

Yeah, the effect is complicated. But I think I choose the second card.

Both pretty good cards.

Bloodbone Tyranno has a rather powerful ability, but is assisted in being balanced by two things.

1. If your opponent knows this monster's ability. I doubt they will destroy other zombies first (good combo with Patrician perhaps?

2. Not able to be special summoned for three turns. Very good considering all the revival cards for zombies.

As for Cyclops of the Tormented. It's got a somewhat difficult summoning condition, and a decent (perhaps underpowered?) effect.

Alas I see a few things that irritate me with the Cyclops. First up, you can really only get a max of 3 Tormentor Counters (short of some combo to get extra monsters out before the Cyclop's ability activates). Balancing I understand. After all, 3 3000 point behemoths by kamikaze is pretty sweet.

But that would mean you' have to have FIVE monsters out, with a combined level of this guy (two level threes and a level two, possibly), and not have used Cyclop's other ability to destroy a monster.

Although, the fact he is summoned from the graveyard helps a bit, but he almost seem TOO synchro-like for me...

That's a minor point I suppose, so forget that one. What really bugs me...

...Is still a minor point.

When a token is destroyed by a card effect, you pay 1000 life points... WHY pay? I understand it means you can't die from it, but it just seems... off...

Bloodbone Tyranno... I have a slight gripe with him being treated as two types. No real reason I suppose, but it just seems like an add-on to me. I get it from the name and the pick, but just doesn't help me...

But they both got pretty good effects, and petty gripes aside, good job.

In the end, due to a more likable effect, bout equal pic to the other, and cooler name, I'll vote for DeMeNTeD

But hey, good luck to both of you!

I'll quit my ranting now.
