This card gains ATK equal to the combined Level of the monsters used as a tribute to Tribute Summon this card x200. During each of your Main Phases, place 1 Rule Counter on this card. By removing 3 Rule Counters from this card, Special Summon 2 "Rule Token's" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 2/ATK 300/DEF 300) whith the following effect: • When this card is destroyed, inflict damage to your opponent for every face-up DARK monster you control x200.[/align] Pic Credit goes to Photobucket.[so Is it good, rate bad or good, I don't care] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
