All YCM's rules apply! The main goal of this tournament is creating a card with an effect that suits that character =(Ex. Brolly has a nuking effect) Points =100 I will rate the following. Originality of the Name = 10 Pts.Oficial Card Grammar = 30 Pts.Balance of Effect (And eventual Drawbacks) = 40 Pts.ATK and DEF on account of Star Level = 20 Pts. And speaking of Broly: Card Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. this card cannot be Special Summoned exept by sending "Super Saiyan Broly" from your side of the Field to the Graveyard as a Tribute. If a Monster with "Goku" in it's name is on your opponent's side of the Field, this monster gains 3000 ATK and DEF.
