Continuous Spell Card

While this card is face-up on the field, all optional card effects are treated as mandatory card effects and must be activated if and when possible. (A card effect that becomes mandatory as a result of this card's effect cannot miss the timing. If that card has more than 1 optional effect that can be activated at the same time, all effects are activated at the same time, subject to SEGOC; if the card's effect allows its controller to choose only part of a set of optional effects, that card's controller still gets to choose.)
