could've come with card it ritual summons

 

second card:

have to say 'can only be summoned by (insert ritual spell card hee)' and piercing damage doesn't tell mutch about it.

Because it has an effect it must have effect where it says ritual good pics though

Add this to the very beginning of the ritual monster's effect:

 

This card can only be Ritual Summoned by the Ritual Spell Card "Hyper Cutter Ritual".

 

"This card inflicts piercing damage" should be:

 

During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.

 

Overall, I'd say 7.5/10 ^_^
