As long as this card remains face-up on the field, no monsters can be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck. All face-up monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck before this cards activation are destroyed. The controller of this card must pay 800 Life Points during each of their Standby Phases, if they cannot, this card is destroyed.[/align]

its easier as a spell, as you cant use it while your opponent is doing something.

 

And the cost is fine at 800 cos thats 10 turns you can use it max.

 

Also, its only for the Extra Deck, meaning no fusions or synchros

I don't think you understand what I just said. Your opponent probably isn't going to waste cards to Summon a monster that they know is going to be destroyed by this card. If it's a trap, you can chain to Synchro/Fusion Summon. This game is all about Stealth. Also, think of it as Mirror Wall or Imperial Order. 700/2000 LP just to keep it on the field is hefty. Someone would only use it once. ( If not, Black Horn of Heaven works better. Heck, even Solemn )

 

Things I think this card needs:

- Option to pay the LP or destroy it.

- Continous Trap
