When this monster is Summoned, you can add 1 Level 4 DARK Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand. While this monster is face-up on the field, all DARK monsters gain 300 ATK and lose 500 DEF. This monster cannot be used as a Tribute, except for a Tribute Summon of a Dragon-Type monster. [/sarcasm]The best use I can think of for this is running over Stardust, which REDRUM does so much better. Who would want to Tribute for anything anyway? The draw effect requires your opponent to destroy it by battle; the only things likely to run over this are Judgment Dragon and maybe Heraklinos, and in both cases, you're already losing. Lastly, REDRUM can Summon itself, while this thing needs a cumbersome Tribute Summon. No thanks.Playability Grade: 20 Rulings: When you say "all DARK monsters", what do you mean?
