After activation, Special Summon this card in Attack Position; it is treated as an Effect Monster Card. Take control of 1 monster your opponent controls and equip it to this card. The Type, Attribute, Level, ATK, and DEF of this card become those of the equipped monster. When this card would be destroyed, you can pay 1200 Life Points to return it to your Deck.
