Effect - 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

As long as this card remains face-up on the field no WATER monsters you control can be targeted by the effects of your opponent's Spell Cards. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can discard 2 cards from your hand to inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the destroyed monsters ATK.[/align]

I really like first effect, but i am not sure why last one is there....

Maybe, change it to something that fits more to WATER monsters?

Like, once per turn, when WATER monster you control is destroyed as result of battle, you can return monster that destroyed it to its owner's hand...just random example xD

 

OCG 9/10 ( you don't need to say : As long as this card remains face-up on the field)

Balance 8/10 (great move with making this card DARK..second effect is random, and underpowered perhaps, but better then nothing i guess)

Creativity 7/10

Picture 7/10

Total : 31/40
