This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 monsters whose difference in Levels is 3. As long as this card is face-up on the field, your Standby Phase takes place on your End Phase and your End Phase takes place on your Standby Phase. If a Coin Toss takes place, (except by the effect of "Minuke - Wizard of the April Snow"), you can call it. If you call it right, you can Draw 2 cards and discard 1. Parting Shot Posted April 2, 2009 Report Share Posted April 2, 2009 Hmmm, I must say I've never seen another card quite like this. There's a little bit of a lot of things in here, and it's a pretty interesting combination. The summoning requirement is interesting, as is the stat increasing, but what I find most interesting is your switching around of the phases. It's a very unusual and not often used mechanic, and I rather like it :P. It does seem like the calling coin tosses and drawing cards might be a little overpowered, but balance is my weakest department ;).
