lunarkane Posted April 2, 2009 Author Report Share Posted April 2, 2009 I actually took the wording from Command Knight. So it may be a bit out of date but the OCG shouldn't be to wrong. As for the effect, think about it... A tuner that cant be targeted if you have another plant on the field.
