Oh side note, yes the Union's effect is supposed to say what it says, thats the beauty of this specific union. [align=center] Union Effect[/align]Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this monster on the field, you can equip it to your "Warrior of the Divine Dark Blade" as an Equip Card, OR unequip the union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Defense Position. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, increase the ATK and DEF of the equipped monster by 500 points. (1 monster can only be equipped with one Union Monster at a time. lunarkane Posted April 3, 2009 Author Report Share Posted April 3, 2009 Actually if you read the whole effect there is a bonus to this union monster that there isn't on any other. It's the last sentence in the effect. All other Union monsters are substituted if the Unioned monster is destroyed as a result of battle. This one is if the card is destroyed by any means.
