p><p>[justify]This card can only be activated when you control a "Card Judge" monster in face-up Attack Position and a "Card Judge" monster in face-up Defense Position. Once per turn, you can take the bottom card of your Deck and place it on the top. You cannot draw during your next Draw Phase. If you have more than 4 cards in your hand during your Standby Phase, you can Tribute 1 "Card Judge" Monster to draw 2 cards and Special Summon 1 "Card Judge" Monster in face-up Defense Position. When this card is destroyed, destroy all monsters Special Summoned by this card

sorry for the long effect guys, its just that this is the Top Dawg of the Card Judge's. Well, there's only 3, and there's only 3 Spell and Trap cards that go wit them.

I remember seeing this yesterday...I thought you added one. Didn't have time to post then, but I do now! :D

 

1st one is great. It seemed OPed at first, but I re-read it, and it's completely balanced. Good job! ^_^

 

2nd one is awesome too. Perfectly balanced with a little backlash. Wonderful. :D

 

3rd card is a great way to store some good cards away, and get them back later. I like the idea! :mrgreen:

 

I do see an error though:

 

tribute=Tribute

 

but that's it. Other than that, 10/10! Great!

I like the custom images. Unique, great colors, and great artwork all around. The second card only slightly confused me the first read, but I understand it now. The third card is just simply awesome. It's a deck thinner with hand control. I love it.

 

The first card, I'm unsure about. It lacks some playability, but it still has an awesome effect.

 

9.9/10
