It's balanced as, even if only you control the Archetype, both players can get the counters easily. |The Game Master|0|SGM|Psychic/Effect|Dark|9||0|0|This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "The Clockwork Key". When this card is Summoned, select up to 3 monsters on the field. This card gains ATK equal to the combined ATK of the monsters, and DEF equal to the combined DEF of the monsters (face-down cards are treated as 0 ATK and 0 DEF.) Once per turn during your Main Phase, by Tributing 2 monsters you control, you can Special Summon 1 Master's Token (0/0/Psychic/DARK) to your field. While this card remains face-up on the field, all Master's Tokens gain ATK and DEF equal to the ATK and DEF of this card. This card cannot be targeted by a Spell, Trap or monster effect. During the 3rd Standby Phase after this card is Summoned, return it to the owner's deck.| |The Clockwork Key|1|SGM|Spell Card|Spell||Field|||This card can only be played if you and your opponent control altogether a "Bronze Box", "Silver Box" and "Gold Box". When this card is played, place 1 Red Clockwork Counter and 1 Blue Clockwork Counter on this card. When there are either 5 Red Clockwork Counters or 5 Blue Clockwork Counters on this card, Special Summon 1 "The Game Master" from this card's controllers deck. If there are 5 Red Clockwork Counters, Special Summon "The Game Master" to your field. If there are 5 Blue Clockwork Counters, Special Summon "The Game Master" to your opponent's field.| |Bronze Box|2|SGM|Trap Card|Trap||Continuous|||If this card is sent from your hand to the Graveyard, place it in your opponent's Spell and Trap card zone.
