When this card is used as a Tribute for the Tribute Summoning of a "Monarch" monster, you can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard during your next Standby Phase. If you do, when this card is sent to the Graveyard, remove it from play instead.

This card can only be Fusion Summoned by the effect of "Resurrection". Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand to destroy 1 card on the field, and based on its type apply the proper effect: ● Monster: Deal 1000 damage to your opponent. ● Spell/Trap: Your opponent skips his/her next Main Phase 2.

Select 1 Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck that lists "Uncomplete Cyborg" as a Fusion Material Monster. Remove the monsters listed as Fusion Material Monsters on that Fusion Monster from you and your opponent's Graveyards from play, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.)
