"Stardust Dragon" + "Elemental Hero Neos" This card cannot be Special Summoned except by fusion Summon.When your opponent activates a Spell Card you can pay 1000 Life Points to negate the activation of the spell and Destroy it. When your opponent activates a Trap Crad you can pay 500 Life Points to negate the activation and destroy it. There ya go.
