If you know were he lives you can simply go to his house and either talk to him or walk around the area of the house looking inside the house and checking for illegal activities(like knife or gun usage/drug usage) if drugs are seen and it is far beyond the gateway drug point then I'm afraid it is hopeless and you should just forget about him. If it is in the gateway stage then get him into rehab as fast as possible. If it is guns/knives your dealing with then you want to avoid confrontation until the gun/knives are out of reach and then restain your freind if there on the verge of assaulting you. If you find no things of this sort then just try to talk with them at their house if possible as it's not likely that they'll leave there house to avoid a confrontation. If you catch him in the act of a satanic ritual or meeting then try to find out what exact variation of satanic cult he is in and meet with a psychologist in order to plan what steps need to be taken and if the police need to be involved. After securing your freind it is best to also have the police find his GF as she is most likely the source of his satanic ramblings...also in any case check if she has a grudge against you or has any other reason to simple just be manipulating him for her own benafit. Oh and if he consantly talks about suicide perhaps you could act more insane and make him think you might actualy die(faking your death is illegal) well thats my 1.9 cents...
