I redid my Organization XIII cards (synchro idea...didn't turn out so well). These turned out much better though, and I based most of the effects on their actual abilities (demyx's time based water form battle and zexion's card stealing, for example). I hope you guys like it.

Lore: When this card is successfully Summoned, Special Summon as many "Water Form Tokens" as you can to your side of the field (Aqua-Type/WATER/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense position. During your Standby Phase, put 1 "Dance Water Dance" counter on each "Water Form Token". Each time a "Water Form Token" is destroyed, inflict 100 damage to your opponent for each "Dance Water Dance" counter on the "Water Form Token" destroyed.

In addition, the selected monster is treated as a Normal Monster, and has its effect negated. If this card would be destroyed as a result of battle, you may remove all accumulated effects from it in order to negate the attack and end your opponent's Battle Phase.

When a monster with a "Learn Counter" on it declares an a attack, you may remove 1 "Learn Counter" from it to negate the attack and have "Xaldin - The Whirlwind Lancer" declare an attack on the same target. When this card is removed from the field, your opponent must discard cards from their hand equal to the number of "Learn Counters" on the field.

I'm glad you guys like the set =D

 

I tried using real types, but when I looked at the whole set, it just didn't feel right. The only types that would really make sense for any of them would be spellcaster and warrior, but alot of them just don't seem to fit. Zexion's the only one who really looks like a spellcaster, and xaldin and lexaeus look like they could be warriors, but what would you call demyx or luxord?

 

Another reason I went with nobody was that I wanted them to have some synergy with eachother, but I didn't want to name them "Organization XIII - Zexion" for example. They just sound so much better with their name and then the title.

 

So, this, combined with the other dilemna, made nobody a good solution. It allowed me to give some of them effects that only work with eachother, and still keep their names sounding and looking their best. It also describes them all perfectly, while I wasn't satisfied that "warrior" or "spellcaster" did them justice.

 

So I did take a risk with the fake types, but I'm willing to take a small rating drop if it means my vision for the cards is fully realized. Also, nobodies don't fully exist; they're essentially fakes, and the fact that their type is fake also nicely fits with the game's lore.

 

 

I don't mean to get overly defensive of them (I realize this might be perceived that way), but I just wanted to clarify what was going through my head when I gave them the type nobody.

 

Thank you for taking the time to review my cards. I'm also working on the regular nobodies, which I might add later.
