Lenaick Puiseaux Posted April 10, 2009 Report Share Posted April 10, 2009 Well these cards are designed for a friend who's favorite monster is the Earthbound God Chacu Challhua and was greatly dissapointed with Bommers dark signer deck, and Dark Synchro monster so they commisioned me to make these cards for them. This card is unaffected by the effects of your Opponents Spell Cards that targets this card. As long as this card is face up on the field Negate the effect of a Monster Card that targets a face up Fish-Type Monster. And no its not level star 4. As for the others who posted thanks for your comments and yes I know its effect is simple I like to keep things simple.
