This card can only be Special Summoned by removing a DARK monster in your Graveyard from play. When this card is Special Summoned, choose a monster on your opponent's side of the field. As long as this card remains face-up, that monster cannot attack or change it's battle position. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, both players draw 1 card.
