overused pics why does the effect monster need to be synchro summoned the first ones effect is too simple and the second ones effect is way overpowered a rating of

There not too bad but the first needs to be changed to a synchro monster and the other one needs sum higher costs to activate its effects

the effect on the first card is well balanced... and the syncro is fine if it seems too overpowered to you then maybe make it a level 9 that would allow for the high power and balance the effect.
