This deck legitimately runs La Jinn the Mystic Genie of the Lamp.

If you draw into Reckless Greed however, unless you have another one set the loop grinds to a halt. Discarding for Hand Destruction shouldn't be a problem, at least when you have Underdog running, as your hand will be massive anyway.

I've had the same deck idea with a few differences.

Normal Monsters with high defense or attack. Throw in two or three high attacking one tribute monsters like Summoned Skull or Cyber-Tech Aligator just in case.

Heart of the Underdog x3 (maybe x2)

D.D. Borderline (maybe x2)

Level Limit Area B

Gravity Bind

That's it! This deck must be based on speed and protection. Once Heart of the Underdog hits the field, you will want to stop your continuous drawing as rarely as possible and when you do stop, it must be because of something that gets you through the next turn, not another drawing engine like veil or reckless greed.

Reload is a great Idea. Maybe a pot of avarice? To put back exodia if you mill it with the veil...Just an idea. Draw dump the exodia pieces into the graveyard then you pot of avarice them from teh deck. Also Handdestruction is the best thing in teh world for this deck.
