OK I just made this card so it's probably not very good but whatever.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set this card can only be Special Summoned by Tributeing 1 "Rock Lee" from your side of the field and by Paying 1000 Life Points.During your End Phase place 1 "Time" Token on this card. When this card has 3 "Time" Tokens on it Remove this Card from Play. Once Per turn as Long as this is the only Card on your side of the field you can Destroy 1 Monster on the field.[/align]

Rock Lee = Like the best Naruto character ever

tributeing = tributing

.During = . During

If the name is Time Token = "Time Token"

there are quite a few grammer and OCG errors

Its origional idea nice pic realy creative name that I like

8.5/10 check grammer and OCG its a definant 10/10

- I think you like one piece so check out my luffy card

its near the top or middle somewhere

Try this effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set, This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Releasing 1 "Rock Lee" from your side of the field and by Paying 1000 Life Points. During your End Phase place 1 Time Counter on this card. When this card has 3 Time Counters on it remove this card from play. Once Per turn, as long as this is the only Monster Card on your side of the field, you can destroy 1 Monster Card on your opponent's side of the field.

Well I havn't. Anyway, everyone else has said what I would normally said, especially SuperHero Decks, so I'm gonna say that not only do I like Rock Lee, but I also like the fact that this card is very well thought out and balanced! Well done!

8.5/10, improve the grammer and OCG, and It'll be a 9/10!
