Thats right, you cant steal the effect 'cause u can't read it.

They are decent but I think you cud do better ... 5/10 ^_^ sorri but there are OCG errors which is like the spelling and grammer of card texts. you will see what we mean wen u read sum cards ... try yugioh.wikia.com for help ^_^
