Aesirson Posted July 6, 2009 Report Share Posted July 6, 2009 Kuroda entered his room in the Slifer dorm, he had no tie to look it through completely when he first arrived, he had just thrown his things into the room and left to steal a sandwich. However this time, he sat on the bed and looked through his deck."You guys has really helped me out a lot!" He said and held up Tribul's card, but suddenly a loud noise came from outside and he dropped the card. He looked out of the window, but there was nothing there so he proceded to pick the card up when he saw a book under the bed. He pulled it out, but he couldn't read the title since the book was all covered in dust so he blew it away."The flame of Youth..." Kuroda read on the book and opened it up.The legendary flame of Youth is said to bring unlimited power, might and eternal youth to the one who wields it. Long ago, it was sealed inside a globe of crystal to keep it from the world and hidden inside a cave on an island outside the coast of Japan.'That might be this island!' Kuroda thought and started reading again.However, the one that wields the flame is said to be slowly corrupted and will decend into a state of madness and endless bloodlust. A prophecy tells of a story about a boy in the future that would find the flame and later procede into mercilessly rule the world with an iron fist. However, this is just stories of times long lost..."Heh!" Kuroda siad and closed the book. "It's probably just stories!""No, it's not!" A voice echoed in the room."What!? Who's there?" Kuroda siad, threw himself out of the bed and looked around the room, untill his eyesight stopped on a mirror. He walked up to the mirror and saw himself in it, but someone was standing behind him. A man, he appeared to be around 26 and he had black, long hair and a scar on his left cheek. His eyes were green and he was wearing a red coat, a black shirt and black pants. Kuroda looked behind him, but there was no one there so he looked back in the mirror and saw the man still standing there."Who are you?" Kuroda asked."You can call me Psymon..." The man said."But who exactly are you?" Kuroda asked."I'm from the future, I am calling you with the help of a kind of time machine that will not eb invented untill about 11 years." Psymon said."But why are you contacting me?" Kuroda was really curious abou this "mirror man"."I am here to warn you!" Psymon said. "The book that you just read, it was destinied to come to you! The flame of Youth is starting to grow stronger and it's looking for a wielder, and it would turn out that one of your friends found it and started to grow corrupted, and later when he grew up he became a feared conquer and is now ruling the world with an iron fist!""B-but isn't that just a legend?" Kuroda started to get scared."No, it's dead true!" Psymons said and sounded really serious."But who is this 'friend of mine'?""I can't tell you that..." Psymon said and looked down."So, I must find the flame of Youth and destroy it?" Kuroda said and closed his hand into a fist.""Yes, you must go quickly, stop him and destroy the flame!" Psymon said, but when Kuroda was about to leave the room he shouted: "No wait! Bring this with you!"Kuroda turned and saw Psymon holding a pocket mirror in his hand, and saw that the same mirror were lying in front of the big mirror."With it you can contact me whenever you need to!""Right!" You know that anyone you talk to can be the future bearer of the Flame, right?""I don't really think that any of my friends would want to destroy the world..." Kuroda answered as he walked out of the dorm and headed for the docks."Well, if you can reach the Flame before them and destroy it that won't happen!" Psymon said as Kuroda reached the docks and stared out at the ocean.
