The All Atributed Effect Dragon Contest!

this is a contest where you make an dragon-type effect monster with any atribute.

 

the cards will be judged based on pic and effect. The enter fee is 10 points and the prize for 1st place is 50 points+1 REP. 2 & 3 get 1 REP. I need at least 5 people but you can have as many people and can join when ever you want!.... WITHIN A 6 DAY PERIOD. Anyways, have fun in the contest!

Ok, i will try. Here is my card:

[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned when you have exactly 1 Spell, 1 Trap and 1 Monster Card in your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, add all cards in your Graveyard to your hand. Once per turn, by paying 700 points, add the bottom card from your Deck to your hand. If the added card was a Monster card, this card gains 700 ATK until the End Phase, if was a Spell or Trap Card, you take 800 damage.
