The normal E-heroes definately needed more support, and this card delivers that to them beautifully. 9.9/10. (would have given you 10, but the word "hand" was capitalised!) Hmmmm, I thought "hand" was lower case in OCG because it is in the TCG aswell. I agree that it SHOULD be capitalised, but I just dont think it is at present.
