the first card is a little overpowered.

the second card is underpowered and underpowered but not very.

the spell doesnt say the cost of summoning your ritual card and it has to say the ritual effect on the ritual monster to.

Ritual of death has bad ocg, you can't ritual summon a monster from your deck. Just say

"this card is used to special sumon ~your monster here.~ you must tribute monsters levels that equal ~your monster's level here~ stars from your hand or the field."

Well, it's something like that.Not really my best, but it's better ocg than your current ritual of death.
