Mina was still looking at Brandon, but overheard Kent. "Why thank you. Please go over to where Kent is sitting and get to work." She thought to herself, highly intelligent, charismatic, and a bit of an anti-socialist... I'll keep that in mind. But I won't jump to conclusions yet.

 

She picked up a book entitled, "The Reign of Kira". She looked through it, still taking glances at the student's work.

Kent, while reluctantly working in his group, looked up and saw the title of her book and gasped, but not loud enough for anyone to hear.

Finally closing the book she looked up. "I realize some of you are curious about what I am reading... I believe you all should acquaint yourselves with it. Since this is a Psychology class, I expect all of you to try and determine exactly why Kira wanted to "cleanse" the world. So in that respect, in addition to your text book, you all shall have a copy of "The Reign of Kira". It is quite an interesting read. In fact, you all shall read Chapter 1 for tonight's homework. There wil be a quiz tomorrow to see if you have done so."

Brandon took his things and went over to the empty seat next to Kent. As he sat down he took out a book from his bag titled 'The Cursed Fortuneteller.' It was banned in 2015 becaus it had reasons to beleive it motivated Kira, but the book was really addicting.

"Ah yes... Ms. Kallen... I do know that you are a bit new as well, so I'll let your lateness slide. In anycase, you can work alone on this assignment." She gave her the sheet with the work on it. Leaning in she also said in a whisper, which no one could hear except Kallen, "I suggest you be careful around here, Kira could be anyone..."

"Yes, that would be fine. I suppose you are refering to 'The Cursed Fortune Teller'? I have a license, so I can authorize you to read them for research purposes."

 

Mina sighed herself. The bell rang, signaling the end of the period. "Well then, everyone, enjoy your afternoon classes and I shall see you at the end of the day for Sociology." She walked outside, to the teacher's lounge.

Alex barged in the room, where the NPAs were standing, he nearly kicked the door down. His eyes sparkled as he entered the room, and he looked confused as everyone weren't there. "Where the hell can they be?" He asked himself, then ran out.
