ShadowKyogre
I am not sure where this is supposed to go...so please tell me if I posted it in the wrong place. Okay...last week, my defense deck (which I posted here, but did not update deck list here) disappeared in real life. Anyway, it happens that my DEF deck dropped out of my jacket pocket (which wouldn't have happened if I had zippers for it) and someone else found it. This person, not knowing who it belonged to, gave it to a guy named Thomas, who then gave it to a guy named Joe, who then gave it to a guy named Chris, but Chris gave it back to Joe. From what Joe told me, he said he left it on a cart with a projector in the classroom...and I don't believe him since the teacher would have given my deck back if it were. Joe was also the very first one to ask me if there was a reward for my deck when he saw my flyer. When I also told him about the situation, he also said that I have no witnesses...when I actually have seven. Also, he panicked when one of my real life friends questioned him about the whereabouts of my deck mentioned the bit of information that is below and tried to push her away, saying that she was harassing him. When this same friend glared at Joe, he glared back and smirked. I also thought I heard Joe say "Monster Reincarnation was in it" or something like that. It might be me though about that bit O_____o From what Thomas told me, he stated that Joe did not place the deck on the cart in the classroom, trying to keep the deck to supposedly sell it. He was more calm when telling me the scenario, but first told me the cart bit before he spilled this information out. Neither play Yu-Gi-Oh!, but Joe is one of my classmates and slacks off a lot...while I'm the weirdly straight A student. All of the involved students are high school students. I have also not talked to these two until now. If the suspect were to sell the deck, there would be three obstacles that would prevent him from doing so: 1. All of the duelists at the school know me and my deck well, so selling any components of the deck, especially Hamon and Prime Material Dragon, would give away that he has my deck. 2. If he wanted to go to a local trading card store, it would look suspicious to his parents because he does not play the game. The local duelists of the school also go to this store to get some of their cards, and will notice him trying to sell the deck. 3. If he were to sell the deck online, it would look fishy to his parents since he would have to ship the deck to the customer. Before the disappearance, I dueled one of my friends and let him use my Zombie deck. My Zombie deck was returned to me on the day my deck disappeared. Based on this information, who has my deck now? I am trying to resolve this matter in real life, and hoping to get some input from fellow Yu-Gi-Oh! fans. If you need more information to make your decision, please tell me. Also state the methods that the suspect could use to get around the three obstacles, which I will give information on to let you know whether it is true or false. For now, I believe Joe does. No bedtimes on school nights, no restrictions on movies, and I can go any place I want, he pretty much lets me do whatever I want.

ShadowKyogre
Okay...does anyone have more insightful input? @Emo: What price guide were you looking at? :?
Smeg
I could see $20 bucks max being made from selling that. Because the thing is, it might say it's worth that much, but theres maybe 2 cards that could be sold to someone in there.
ShadowKyogre
Yeah...but HOW would they be able to sell it without anyone getting suspicious? :?

ShadowKyogre
Well I've already taken this up with the principal, who then decided to take this up to the local police.
The Crimson King
I think you should just make a new deck. No offense, but that deck is not all that good. And why do you suspect Joe or Thomas? Maybe there was someone else in your class who could have picked it up, or maybe it was someone else in a different class, and Joe and Thomas actually know nothing about your deck, but are trying to make up stories about it to get you back for something. But seriously, I don't think a card shop would buy a full deck, and Joe's parents probably just say "Well, whoopdy doo" when they see their son selling some cards. Who knows. ShadowKyogre
Yes, but there's much more sentimental value attached to that deck, which is why I want it back. I already know it is not fit for a tournament, but that does not matter since I care for that deck very much, no matter how cruddy it may be. There's much more to a deck than whether it can win duels or not. >__> You did read the first post, right? Also, I CANNOT build a new deck because my mom is preventing me from getting ANY new cards, which is also why I need that deck back desperately. Argentum
Relax. All you have to do is sell/trade so you can buy some packs and maybe rebuild the deck. OR make a new one. Shouldn't be too hard considering that it doesn't look all that shiny and expensive plus you have a couple friends who can help you by giving up some commons. I know how you feel. I still hold a sweet spot in my heart for armed dragon lv7, but you just have to move on like I did. Just start from scratch again and move into a new deck. Now I run GBs, just got a stratos yesterday so its even faster. Just start over.
ShadowKyogre
One of my friends said they are willing to buy the exact contents of the deck from scratch, but I will consider that if this fails.
